Council approved both a Revised Land Use Bylaw Amendment and Conceptual Scheme for Three Sisters Village Phase 1. Administration reviewed the Land Use Bylaw Amendment and Conceptual Scheme and are satisfied that the information is consistent with the policy and intent of the Three Sisters Village Area Structure Plan. Finance Committee Updates

Council met as the Finance Committee and approved the Town's audited consolidated financial statements, as well as allocated the 2023 operating surplus of $2.1M into the Integrated Transportation Management Reserve, Tax Stabilization Reserve, General Municipal Capital Reserve and Asset Replacement/Rehabilitation Reserve.
