Town of Canmore boards and committees are made up of community-minded residents, where you can make an impact on decisions that have real community impact.

Just a few examples where you can get involved include:

• Contribute to Canmore’s housing crisis on the Canmore Community Housing Board.
• Advise Council on appropriate municipal tax levels on the Property Tax Taskforce.
• Review and evaluate community event applications on the Community Events Committee.
• Provide guidance on how local policing reflects community needs on the Municipal Policing Committee.
• Hear formal complaints against the assessment of properties on the Assessment Review Board.
