100 Alpine Meadows - Employee Housing

What is Happening?

This site was recently approved for 13 industrial units within two buildings. This application proposes to change the use of the upper floor of 12 units to Employee Housing. The purpose of the application is to provide unit owners direct access to housing for employees. This is a discretionary use in the IND-1 Light Industrial District.
