The Planning and Development Department is affiliated with several Town Committees. The department either presents to these committees or provides these committees with information regarding current Town policies. These comittees include:

Customer Feedback Survey 2009

The Planning and Development Department is currently conducting an online survey through the summer of 2009. The survey is being conducted to evaluate how well the department is working and how well we are meeting the needs of the community generally, and those applying for permits and approvals specifically. The information collected will only be used for the purpose measuring quality of service internally within the Town of Canmore and not made available to any third party. Changes recommended by the community that result in an increase in service levels or require additional resources to implement may be undertaken only if and when Council provides its approval.
