 The Bow Valley Parent Link is a collaborative community program operated and managed by the Town of Canmore with several involved community partners. The program serves families with children pre-natal to six years of ages and is free of charge. The Parent Link programs provide a practical resource for parents, caregivers and children in a hands on, child – centered environment, where families can support each other through the sharing of information and resources. Qualified staff and community professionals are available for information and referral to additional community services. Additionally, parent learning opportunities, a resource library, a clothing exchange and family support services are available to families.

- For the summer months the The Toy Lending Library in Canmore is open Tuesday's from 9:00-11:15am.
- The Toy Lending Library in Banff is open Monday's from 9:00-11:15am
- Effective April 1, 2010, the Banff Parent Link Centre will be closed on Saturdays due to low attendance. Our last Saturday drop-in is March 27, 2010.

The Bow Valley Parent Link offers Family Connections Stay and Play drop in programs for parents and caregivers of children aged 0 to 6 years of age. The programs are offered in three locations throughout the valley including Canmore, Banff and Exshaw.
