Responsible for the enforcement of selected Town of Canmore Bylaws and Provincial Statutes, Bylaw officers respond to complaints 7 days a week between the hours of 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM.  Service is of the utmost importance and complaints are responded to as quickly as possible.

"Last barking call to all unlicensed dog owners" 

Bylaw Services is offering an amnesty period to all dog owners who have not yet purchased their 2010 licence. Owners will have until March 12 to purchase their licence at the Canmore Civic Centre located at  902, 7th Avenue. The office is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. After March 12 bylaw officers will issuing $150.00 tickets for having an unlicensed dog in Town. 

If you have moved, changed your phone number or your dog has passed away please contact 403-678-1500 to have your records updated.
