Welcome to the Planning and Development Department. We seek to assist Council and our Community as agents of change in building an innovative and more sustainable community, and to be a leader amongst planning departments in mountain towns.
The Planning and Development Department is affiliated with several Town Committees. The department either presents to these committees or provides these committees with information regarding current Town policies. These comittees include:
The Planning and Development Department is the liason to The Canmore Community Housing Corporation (CCHC) .
