The Municipal Clerk's office prepares Council agenda packages, completes and stores Official Town of Canmore minutes, bylaws and policies, manages the records system, processes FOIP requests and oversees Insurance requirements, facilitates the election process, and facilitates the annual census. The Municipal Clerk tracks all Council resolutions. The Municipal Records Officer provides the organization with records management, insurance management and FOIP requests.
