Millennium Park

Millennium Park is Canmore’s premier outdoor venue for team sports. The Park includes Millennium Field and Millennium Diamond. As the newest park in Canmore, Millennium offers what many believe is the most scenic venue for baseball, football, soccer rugby and ultimate anywhere in Canada. Millennium Park is also utilized for outdoor weddings (near river), special events and other social occasions.

Millennium Park is open:
8:30 am – 10:00 pm   April 17 – July 31
8:30am – 9:30 pm      Aug 1 – Aug 31
8:30am – 8:00 pm      September 1 – October 8 
8:30am – 5:00 pm      October 9 – April 16 (winter hours)

Millennium Park public washrooms and gate are open:
8:30 am - 10:00 pm    April 17 - July 31
8:30 am - 9:30 pm      August 1 - August 31
8:30 am - 8:15 pm      September 1 - October 8

Please Note: although the park may be open, Millennium Sport Field may be closed due to frost, rain or snow. Please check the Town of Canmore Recreation Information Line (403) 678-1537 for the latest updates.

  • 1- professional senior league fenced ball diamond with bleachers (3) and dugouts

  • Automated Scoreboard (available upon request)
  • Washroom/change room
  • Parking lot for approximately 60 vehicles
