The following parks can be booked for private functions: (Please click the park name for rates and further information)
Milliennium and Centennial Park public washroom and gate (Millennium) will be open:
April 17 - July 31 8:30 am - 10:00 pm
August 1 - August 31 8:30 am - 10:00 pm
September 1 - October 8 8:30 am - 8:15 pm
Lions Park and Elk Run Diamond public washrooms will be open:
April 17 - July 31 8:30 am - 10:00 pm
August 1 - August 31 8:30 am - 9:30 pm
September 1 - September 17 8:30 am - 8:15 pm

Please include the following information: First and last name, work phone, home phone and cell number, mailing address with postal code, function name and type, preferred function date, preferred location, estimated start and end time (include set-up and take down time) and estimated number of people attending. Such requests can be sent via e-mail here.
To book via phone: Please contact the Sport and Facility Program Coordinator at 403.678.0808 ext. 335 Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Confirmation will be given via email usually within 24 hours.
