Canmore Policing Committee
The Canmore Policing Committee is a seven-member volunteer committee that acts as a liaison between Council, the RCMP detachment, Town Administration and the citizens of Canmore, in fostering responsible community actions towards the creation of a safe, secure community.

The Canmore Policing Committee meets the fourth Monday of each month in the Civic Centre Classroom at 6:00 p.m., some exceptions may apply. Members of the public are welcome to attend. Please phone 403.678.1550 if you are interested in attending a meeting.
Public Policing Complaints
The Public Complaints Director is a volunteer whose primary responsibility is to respond to questions and inquiries relating to the Canmore RCMP Detachment's service role. This may involve addressing a concern or acknowledging a compliment pertaining to a particular issue or quality of delivery of policing services. You should understand that the Public Complaints Director does not investigate, but will assist you with the process of filing a complaint.
